Shipping policy

We offer a variety of delivery and postage solutions, to suit everyone.

POSTAGE

Flat rate for Standard shipping of $9 for orders under $150

Free Standard shipping for orders $150 and over 

Flat rate for Express shipping $18 for all orders

For our Personalised Easter Boxes when shipping Australia wide (exc NSW), it is a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping.

We take pride and care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. However, we do rely on couriers to take care too.

In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken, please email us a photo of the damage and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

PICKUPS

We currently offer pickups from our studio located in Punchbowl, NSW.

When your order is ready you will receive a message confirming the time you would like to pick up your order.

Please collect within 2 days of your order being ready.
